According to property records, the condo was first purchased by "Schmidty" in 1978 for $86,500, and was his Florida home until 1993, when the Hall of Famer sold it for $123,000.

Inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1995, Mike Schmidt's had an illustrious pro career with the Phillies, spanning from 1972-1989. Over this span, he racked up 12 All-Star appearances, 10 Gold Glove Awards, six Silver Slugger Awards, as well as a World Series win in 1980, where he also earn World Series MVP.
Schmidt's condo is now selling for $425,000, and the listing agent is Jennifer Patterson of Dalton Wade Inc.
