The head of a local restaurant company behind some major Tampa eateries, like Tiki Docks and Yeoman's Cask & Lion, is selling his South Tampa mansion.

Located at 14 W Spanish Main St., the British West Indies-style home was built in 2018 and is currently owned by Marc Brown, who is the president of 23 Restaurant Services.

The Tampa-based company currently boasts an impressive lineup of popular Florida restaurants, including the fast-growing Ford's Garage chain, and a slew of spots in the Fort Myers area.

The 5,161-square-foot home comes with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a heated pool, a dock and an outdoor conversation pit featuring a natural gas fire pit and a hidden pop-up TV.

According to property records, the home was purchased by Brown for $2.6 million in 2018 and is currently asking $5.95 million. The listing agent is Michael Mundy of Torque Real Estate.
