The 25 most anticipated Tampa Bay restaurants opening in 2021

Surprisingly, 2020 saw plenty of new eats in Tampa Bay, and it's looking like 2021 will be just as good. From boozy shakes, bacon concoctions, and new food halls and rooftop bars, here are a handful of new local restaurants on the verge of popping off.

Two Graces 
6001 Central Ave., St. Petersburg
In January, Two Graces is switching up the Tampa Bay dining game by offering covered outdoor pergola seating within the former Reading Room space. Equipped with misters and heaters, these babies are prime for dining all year round. The full-service restaurant also has indoor and lounge seating. Expect pastas and wood fire pies on the menu alongside a selection of brews, wine and cocktails.

The second location of the casual full-service restaurant is making its debut March 2021 on Indian Rocks Beach. Taking over the former Aqua Prime Seafood & Steaks Restaurant space, expect the menu to mirror the OG Treasure Island location with items like burritos, tacos, tamales and chimichangas.

The second location of the casual full-service restaurant is making its debut March 2021 on Indian Rocks Beach. Taking over the former Aqua Prime Seafood & Steaks Restaurant space, expect the menu to mirror the OG Treasure Island location with items like burritos, tacos, tamales and chimichangas.

Lala

Initially scheduled to open in September, the restaurant and karaoke bar is projected to make its debut in January 2021. Lala (stylized “LALA”) is connected to Grand Central Brewhouse and is expected to host seven private karaoke rooms, and serve up American cuisine with a French influence as well as a series of cocktails.

Pinellas Park is getting a motorcycle-themed restaurant from ‘American Chopper’ star Paul Teutul Sr. Set to open in May 2021, the restaurant includes 11,000-square-feet of indoor space, a 4,000-square-foot kitchen with a large smoker and a 25,000-square-foot pet-friendly pavilion for concerts, outdoor dining, and a billiards hall. There will also be a huge wall covered with patches Teutul collected from members of the military and first responders. Better start brushing up on your hog talk.

Revolution Ice Cream Co.’s sister concept is coming along in Hyde Park Village. The shop joins a slew of other ice cream joints around town like Let It Be, Chill Bros. Scoop Shop, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream, and Bright Ice. The menu will be filled with classic and signature flavors infused with cereal, candy and other imaginative surprises.
