A Tampa Bay home belonging to an eight-time Grand Slam tennis legend is now on the market.

Located at 6112 45th St. W, in Bradenton, the home was built in 1989 and belongs to Czech–American former professional tennis player Ivan Lendl, who is often referred to as the "Father of Modern Tennis."

Throughout his playing career, which spanned from the late-'70s to the early-'90s, "The Terminator" pioneered a hard-hitting style of baseline play centered around a running, topspin-heavy forehand. Ultimately this inside-out style of play translated to 270 consecutive weeks as the world's No. 1 singles player and 94 singles titles.

After his retirement in 1994, Lendl moved on to coaching, helping Andy Murray reach a No. 1 ranking and secure three major titles.

While considerably modest compared to Lendl's Connecticut house,  the 63-year-old's Florida pad is still an ace.

The 3,027-square-foot home comes with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a large living area with a fireplace, a pool and hot tub, an outdoor shower and an extremely short drive to IMG Sports Academy.

The Ledl house is currently asking $900,00 and the listing agent is Stephanie Paxton of Keller Williams Suncoast.
