This massive Tampa Bay mansion, with an indoor gun range, sold for a record $6.6 million

A giant waterfront mansion in Largo recently sold for a record $6.6 million.

Located at 204 Harbor View Ln., the 9,149-square-foot home was originally listed in 2017 for $11 million, and sold on Oct. 28 to an undisclosed buyer. According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the aggregate sale price was a record for the Largo area.

The 9,149 square-foot home comes with five-bedrooms and seven-bathrooms, and features a slew of amenities like a 250 bottle wine cellar, a Jerusalem Stone lanai, a saltwater heated pool, spa and a lap pool, a gym and a fully permitted indoor gun range. It's also worth noting that the home's pool area was once featured in House Trends magazine.

The listing agent was Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Julie Everett, of The Toni Everett Co. represented the buyer.
