Because I’m usually off tasting at new restaurants each week, I rarely get to return to those top tables that rank at the pinnacle of Tampa Bay’s culinary scene. And with all the buzz surrounding chef Chris Ponte’s On Swann over the last year, it’s easy to forget his flagship on the Pinellas side of the bay. I recently celebrated a special occasion there, and the Clearwater restaurant continues to click on all cylinders.
