A waterfront home belonging to the former CEO of Tampa Bay’s largest publicly traded company is now for sale on St. Petersburg’s Coffee Pot Bayou.

Located 420 Coffee Pot Riviera NE, the home was built in 1996 and belongs to Kenny Wilson, the embattled former CEO of the $14 billion global electronics manufacturing firm Jabil.

Wilson listed the home last month with an asking price of $4.95 million, and is a “Motivated Seller,” says the listing.

After nearly 20 years with the company, Wilson was appointed CEO of Jabil in 2022, with an annual compensation of more than $10 million. That made him one of the  highest paid executives in the Tampa Bay region, reports the Tampa Bay Times.

However, last April, Wilson was placed on paid leave following an investigation related to corporate policies, according to a six-sentence filing with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

CFO Michael Dastoor was then appointed as interim CEO by the board of directors, and Wilson abruptly resigned a month later.

While no details were released on exactly what prompted the investigation, the company did release a statement saying it was unrelated to the company’s financial reporting, while also reiterating Jabil’s core values.

“Trust, accountability, and integrity are core to our company culture, and we are committed to upholding these principles, ” said a spokesperson to the Business Observer.

Creative Loafing Tampa Bay would have reached out Wilson for comment, but according to Fortune, his $2 million separation agreement from Jabil bans him from speaking to the media, other than to say “no comment.”

The 5,144-square-foot home comes with a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and can be sold furnished. According to the listing, the home also features an infinity pool, a boathouse, Restoration Hardware furnishings, and a four-car garage.

According to property records, Wilson purchased the home in 2018 for $2.4 million.
